The Vision
The Westside Residence Tower will feature eight stories dedicated to parking, including a street-level coffee shop along F Street and a garage equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. Rising above are twenty-one floors of modern, affordable apartments, offering a total of 336 units designed to blend comfort with style. Atop the building, a rooftop pool crowns the tower, providing residents with a serene retreat and panoramic views, bringing the entire structure to an impressive thirty stories.
Nestled between the Jackson Hotel and the Westside Residence and the 4th level, the Courtyard is envisioned as a vibrant, open-air retreat that blends nature with urban elegance. This beautifully designed space offers a serene escape with a botanical garden, creating a lush, green haven in the heart of the development.
The Courtyard will feature a selection of dining and leisure options, including a signature restaurant, a cozy coffee shop, and a stylish bar, all surrounded by open seating areas for relaxation and socializing.
